Return & Refund Policy – Kasa Organic Farms LLP
Once an order is confirmed, Kasa Organic Farms LLP will not accept return or refund requests. However, in any of the following situations, we are more than happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties.

In case of Damaged Product:
Notify Kasa Organic Farms LLP within 48 hours from the delivery date via email at info@kiorra.in.
Email must include:
Order number
Image of the invoice
1 clear image of the outer box
2 clear images of the damaged product
In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product will be replaced.
We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly and work with you to provide a fair solution.
Emails will be responded to within 24–48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

In case of Missing Product:
Notify Kasa Organic Farms LLP within 2 days from the delivery date via email at info@kiorra.in.
Email must include:
Order number
Image of the invoice
1 outer box image
2 clear images of the opened box showing all received items
We do not offer refunds but will promptly re-send any missing product.
Emails will be responded to within 24–48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

In case of Spoiled Product:

Email must include:
Order number
Date of packaging or manufacture
Clear images or video of the product
Please note: We do not accept returns based on variance in taste, texture, color, or aroma. Our products are completely natural and handcrafted, so no two batches will be identical. However, we make no compromise in the natural production process and use of the best ingredients to retain maximum nutritional value.
After due investigation, we will replace the product if necessary and assure a fair outcome.
